The Glens Falls Urban Assault is a 3.5 mile obstacle course that takes place in and around the City of Glens Falls. A portion of race proceeds to benefit the Crandall Park Beautification Committee.
Participants will encounter ropes courses, stairs, slip-n-slide, climbing walls and much more as they make their way through the course. There are more than 20 obstacles. Prizes will be awarded to best dressed team and individuals (male/female). Awards will be given to the top male & female runners in the following age groups – Under 13, 13 – 18, and 19 +. With both the Start and Finish on Glen Street, it promises to be great time downtown.
We encourage everyone to try the obstacles. If for some reason you can not do the obstacle, we’ll have you do something else (push ups, squat thrusts, etc…). None of the obstacles are that difficult. This is meant to be a fun family friendly event. So we expect to see lots of smiling faces!
